Recently, during one of my group coaching sessions with Toast 🍞, the power of community was on full display. As we wrapped up, I asked each participant to share one word describing how they felt. The responses? “Accepted,” “pumped,” and “confident.”
These women left the session not just with new skills and insights, but with a renewed sense of belonging and empowerment. They felt seen, heard, and valued by their peers—an experience that’s invaluable in a field where women are often underrepresented and undervalued.
As a solopreneur, I lean heavily on my own business communities because, let’s face it, the entrepreneurial journey can be a lonely one. It’s easy to feel isolated when you’re the one making all the decisions, facing the challenges, and celebrating the wins—often by yourself 😢
