๐ฉ๐ฝโ๐ป Really enjoyed teaching confidence-building skills to the MBA students and Professor, Frank Lorne, at the New York Institute of Technology, Vancouver campus!
The students are already using the lessons learned:
“The 5-4-3-2-1 rule you taught us has managed to jump start the video project with students.
Incidentally, the project is about traveling across the 5 continents, requiring strong EQ:)Thank you again.”

Blown away by the inspiring and engaging CITI members who attended my virtual confidence-building workshop ๐
As part of their visibility challenge to post daily on LinkedIn, one of the members wrote this about my workshop:

Yesterday, I had the chance to attend an incredible event called Unleash Your Confidence in Tech with Three Science-Based Strategies, hosted by Anna Gradie. Hearing about her personal journey was truly inspiring.
The session was packed with practical tools that I can use to boost my confidence in both my personal and professional life. Itโs amazing how the right mindset can unlock so many new possibilities!
One piece of advice that truly stuck with me was to ‘name your inner judge to weaken its power.’ Such a simple yet powerful idea! Iโve decided to call mine ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐น๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ โnow, every time it shows up, I can spot it and quiet it down.
Feeling empowered and ready to take on new challenges with newfound confidence!
