What a whirlwind 24 hours! I kicked off my trip with an early morning Peloton ride at home before hitting the road from Vancouver to Seattle 🚗💨
Arriving at the stunning Northeastern University campus, I was met with a warm welcome ❤️

I had the privilege of leading, “The Confidence Edge for Your Tech Career” for an incredibly engaged group of brilliant tech students. Their energy, curiosity, and willingness to apply the strategies in real time were truly inspiring.

Afterward, I grabbed a quick celebratory drink with a dear friend before retreating to my quiet hotel for some much-needed reflection (and a soak in the hot tub).
The next morning, I squeezed in a hotel gym session before meeting a coach friend I trained with but had never met in person—a reminder of how coaching brings together incredible people from all over the world 🌍
Then, it was back to Vancouver, driving through the pouring rain, heart full, and feeling so grateful for the work I get to do and the impact I get to make.
💛 Confidence is contagious. And seeing these students step into their power, ask bold questions, and take action toward their goals reminds me why I do this work.
Seattle, you were amazing! Until next time. ✨
